Blurb: Follows along the story of a lawyer, Vincenzo, who worked for the mafia but is chased by the new leader of the family after the boss dies. He ends up in his home country, South Korea, where he works to recover a stash of gold while also fighting against a corrupt conglomerate.
Notes: Really funny and I love the characters. Also has a sub-plot of romance which makes it 10x better. Satisfying but bittersweet ending.

Blurb:Woo-young woo works through numerous cases as an autistic rookie attorney with her high IQ and good memory, yet she struggles to interact with others which leads people to look down on her.
Notes:So good. Great acting and the MC is very likeable. ML is someone who views her as a capable woman rather than someone who needs his help which is nice. Super cute.

Blurb:Seo Dal-mi follows in her fathers footsteps in building a tech start-up company. She meets Nam Do-san, who she believes to be her childhood pen pal and friend, and his friends. They work together to turn their start-up into a successful company.
Notes: I really liked this one. (Most) of the characters are really likeable and the ML is funny. Major 2nd lead syndrome on this one.

Blurb:Prestigious modern chef, Jang Bong-hwan, falls in pool, hits his head, and finds himself in the body of a queen from the Joseon era. In a court run by 2 opposing families, he fights off his opponents boldly (meaning lacking manners) while learning more about the "puppet" king.
Notes:Loved this one so much. I usually don't enjoy historical dramas because they're boring and too focused on politics, but this one manages to make politics not boring. MC is funny and it's impossibly to hate him. Ending was a little disappointing, but not bad.

Romance Movie | 1 hr 37 mins
Blurb: Kat Stratford hates everyone while her sister, Bianca Stratford, is one of the most popular girls in school. Their father is really strict on them and declares that until Kat dates, Bianca is not allowed to have a boyfriend. Cameron James, who has a crush on Bianca and wants to take her to prom, pays Patrick Verona to make Kat fall in love with him.
Notes: Classic, cheesy romcom that is always enjoyable to watch. I love Julia Stiles and Heath Ledger in this. Felt that it was somewhat unrealistic with the pacing and quickness of their relationship, but that's how most 90s-2000s romcoms are.

Romance Movie | 1 hr 50 mins
Blurb: Always bubbly and positive, Louisa Clark takes a well-paying job as a caretaker of a sarcastic paralyzed man, Will Traynor, who pushes everyone away.
Notes: Really cute but also really sad. FL is such a likeable character and her personality really brought out the best in Will. Super amazing until the end which makes you want to cry your heart out.
